The Client: Pearson plc is a multi-national publishing and electronic testing corporation well known for its Penguin and DK publishing arms, the Pearson Education division and the Financial Times.

The Project: Consolidation of 1400 people from various locations into 300,000 square feet of space refurbished from shell and core at ShellMex House, 80 Strand, London.

The Scope: Partitioning, Decorating, Specialist joinery, Cafeteria, Flooring, Ceilings, Break out areas, Bathrooms, Conference/meeting rooms, Hospitality suites, High-Tec, multi-media presentation rooms

The Challenge: To support the client’s aggressive programme with a fast track response and high quality installation and finishes.

The Comment:“In order to assure a seamless handover for the client to move in Monday morning, the City Interiors team were on site at 3:30 am Sunday to finish any last minute details. When it counts it’s all about commitment, delivery, and performance, not promises.”
